These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 777jal, including the website, mobile-optimised site, games, sports betting services, promotional offers, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from within Bangladesh or another jurisdiction where use of such a platform is not expressly prohibited;
• You are not on any self-exclusion list administered by 777jal or by any responsible gaming authority;
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Any translation provided for convenience does not alter the binding nature of the English version.

To access the full features of 777jal, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all account holders:

• Age Verification: You must be 21 years or older. 777jal reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be suspended immediately and any winnings forfeited.
• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed without notice, and balances may be voided.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify 777jal immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual.

777jal reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

In order to process withdrawals and to comply with our internal anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations, 777jal operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh;
• Valid passport;
• Driving licence;
• Utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months confirming your registered address;
• Screenshot or confirmation of your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet number.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. 777jal will handle all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and are never shared with third parties except where required by applicable law.

Deposits: 777jal accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your 777jal account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 777jal does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals are processed in BDT to the verified payment method registered on your account. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where KYC verification is pending. 777jal will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.

Withdrawal Limits: Standard daily withdrawal limits apply as specified within the Platform's cashier section. Players who have qualified for VIP or elevated account status may have higher limits applied at 777jal's discretion.

Refused Withdrawals: 777jal reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, or where KYC verification remains incomplete.

777jal offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in each offer.
• Claim Period: Bonus offers must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse: 777jal reserves the right to void bonus funds and winnings derived from them, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy intended to circumvent the spirit of a promotional offer.
• Modification: 777jal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice.

All games available on the 777jal Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules as published within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real human dealers operating under controlled conditions. Results are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during a game round, 777jal's server-side records shall be the authoritative record of the game outcome. 777jal may void bets placed during a verified system error.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. In-play bets may be suspended or voided if a market is determined to be incorrect at the time of placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per game and per market as displayed within the Platform interface.
• 777jal reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any account at its sole discretion, including placing restrictions on maximum stake amounts, specific markets, or specific games.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777jal Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes — any winnings derived from exploits are void;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals in bad faith;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 777jal staff or other users.

777jal is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available free of charge to all registered account holders. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 777jal. Unauthorised use of 777jal intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

777jal collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 777jal employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and stores personal data on secure servers. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777jal shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused;
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond 777jal's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions);
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

777jal's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By the Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting 777jal support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to these Terms and any pending wagering requirements.

By 777jal: 777jal reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where fraudulent or illegal activity is detected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform or its other users. In such cases, 777jal may withhold balances pending investigation.

777jal reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material, 777jal will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. They constitute the entire agreement between you and 777jal with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
